OUR COVID-19 COMMITMENT

All of our venues must comply with Government Guidance and have the relevant health and safety documentation in response to delivering COVID-19 secure events, in line with their own venue operating procedures.

We have given the option to venues to increase the session length to 4 hours - this is to allow for pools to have a delivery option of 4 x 45 minute slots with cleansing time between slots if their venue operating procedures require this.

All venues have signed a Ts&Cs document to confirm they have all the required health and safety measures in place. Our main priority is the safety of our swimmers and we have worked with our venues to ensure that the event in September runs in accordance with any COVID-19 guidelines that are in place.

Current COVID-19 safety measures include strong focus on social distancing, limited swimmer numbers, one-way system in and out of the faculty, hand sanitiser stations and staff monitoring.

How can I fundraise with COVID-19 restrictions?

Even with various restrictions still in place due to the pandemic, there are still plenty of ways that you can get involved with fundraising for our incredible charity partners Cancer Research UK and Marie Curie.

From hosting a virtual social event, to taking on a daring challenge, there are a lot of options out there that you can undertake whilst keeping safe.
